Located about 45 minutes from Havana and 45 minutes from Varadero, the house is situated 300 meters from the mouth of the River and the Atlantic Ocean. You are able to walk to across the river to hike through a semi- region under lush brush and at any moment able to view off the path to swim in the Atlantic. From the nearest coasts the visitors can enjoy the beauty of the coral reefs along the coasts.
A modern bungalow house, 70 sq. meters all with air conditioning, in the middle of nature and Cuban country, only 10 minutes from the famous Jibacoa beach.
The land has banana, mango and coconut trees, also you are able to get fresh caught from one of the local fisherman or go fishing yourself.
The house has 2 bed-sofas in the living-room, 2 bed rooms, 2 heated water bathrooms, a separated kitchen with all home-depot and a wooden roof yard facing the fruit trees, a small swimming natural pool all within the 2500 meters square. The house capacity is up to 6 people and convenient for family too.
